A Brief Company Profile

The National Concerned Officers Organization was formed on 1 March 1980 by four men who happened to have been law enforcement professionals. They realized that school violence, community violence and gang violence  was on the rise and because of denial, the problem was being ignored. School, gangs and related violence, including drug-related crimes, which offered a serious threat to community health and growth in March 1980, remains a serious problem and a concern which must be addressed and solved in our lifetime.

Our Organization has set out to ensure that we do not lose the war on youth violence, school violence, and gangs or suffer the defeat we have realized in the war on drugs.
