Dr. Herbert Peterson comes to us with a wealth of experience and education in the field of Safety, Gangs, School Violence, Satanic Crime and other timely issues. As the National Spokesperson of this organization A. Herbert Peterson has been recognized nationally and internationally for his research of timely issues. It is therefore fitting that he would be appointed as the National Spokesperson of this organization. A. Herbert Peterson is one of the foremost experts on gang prevention, intervention and satanic crime research in America. As the found and president of the NCSCIA he has been recognized by numerous organizations and professional groups to include the several Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies to include countless Community, Religious, and Social Service Agencies from around the world.
